All identifiable graves from the original Maple Grove Cemetery in the now Lost Village of Maple Grove were relocated to the present site on Vincent Massey Drive. The current plot configuration matches that of the original cemetery. This active cemetery is administered by Trinity Anglican Parish in Cornwall.
Of particular note is a commemorative stone plaque that recognizes the role of Jeremiah French, UE.
